From 2025-04-24 12:00 CET to 2025-04-24 20:00 CET OpenApi showed degraded performance.
Our Engineering team has resolved the main issue, but will continue on implementing further measures, but we will do this out of the scope of this incident.

Update

The first issue has been fixed at 20:00 CET. We will monitor the fix and continue with implementing additional fixes.

Identified

Our engineering team identified multiple issues leading to the performance degradation at 12:00 CET, caused by a mayor software update. We are working on a solution for each of the issues and will deploy a first fix now.
