On March 25th 2025, our Analytics API was either completely unavailable or experienced limited availability between 16:45 and 18:20. The issue has since been resolved.
The scheduled maintenance has been completed. During that time a database migration took place which lasted around 40 minutes. During that time no payments with Finion Pay Services could be performed (Terminal payments, Credit Card payments, etc...)
From 10:00 CET to 15:40 CET, the cash register count dialog was broken.
Our Engineering team has resolved the issue.
